Most cruises that start in Lisbon leave from the Lisbon Cruise Terminal at Jardim do Tabaco. It's on the river, right below Alfama. Holland America and Azamara name it, and Celebrity sails Equinox from Lisbon too. The port can move a ship to Santa Apolónia next door, or to Alcântara further west. Lisbon Airport (LIS) is close, about 15 minutes by road from the terminal. Taxis and Uber both pick up at the terminal and the airport. The metro works too: Red Line, then the Blue Line to Santa Apolónia, then a short walk. Allow 30 to 40 minutes that way.
